Dentist in El Paso Helped Locals With Food Donations

Dentist in El Paso, Dr. Mehrnoosh Darj, organized a Holiday Food Drive in effort to help her local community during this difficult times.

On Jan. 29, 2014 Dr. Darj and staff went to the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger to present a check in the amount of $5178,00 and 500 lbs of food.

“We were given a tour of the facility and explained how the money and food is distributed through out El Paso.” explained Dr. Darj.

According to El Pasoans Fighting Hunger stuff, so far Dr. Darj has been the biggest contributor for a small business.

“We were all very excited to be part of this great event that gives back to the community. It was hard work but so well worth it. Next year we hope to present a greater amount.” said the El Paso dentist.
